Job Description / Responsibility
- For Principal Branch of Mutual Trust Bank Limited:
- Strengthen existing customer relationships for the growth of branch business
- Establish sales goals and activities to book new customers
- Ensure effective processes and controls for preventing money laundering in line with regulatory requirements
- Providing high quality customer services

Educational Requirements
- Post Graduate degree / MBA from recognized local or foreign universities
- Age 40 to 45 year(s)
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in reputed banks / financial institutions with minimum Seven (07) years as Branch Manager
- Strong knowledge in banking / financial services/ Bangladesh Bank compliance issues and real time online banking environment
- Strong leadership quality with ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Geographic mobility and flexibility
- Negotiable
