IFIC Bank is going to launch its Mobile Banking operations where energetic and dynamic senior professionals are needed to lead and direct to setup a new milestone for the Bank. Job Responsibilities: Set up the Mobile Banking unit of IFIC Bank Lead the team as Head of the Unit Liable for product management, development and deployment of mobile banking and mobile payment services. Defining and implementing mobile banking strategy to increase revenues, create and retain a solid customer base and definition of marketing mix for channel and service adoption Project Planning and Project execution for shaping and executing the Banking services to an easy and user friendly digital transformations Complete multiple projects Maintain close communication with on-site teams Build strong network all over the country for smooth disbursement Deal with Issue Escalation, Resources Allocation, Reassignment & Resources Utilization Prepare and review the operational process in a regular interval Handle Multiple product development & projects Job Nature Full-time Educational Requirements Graduation in telecommunication engineering. Applicants having masters in business discipline shall be an added advantage. Experience Requirements Minimum 10 year(s) Additional Job Requirements Minimum 10 years experience including 2 years in the related field Experienced in creating and managing goal oriented, multi-disciplinary staff teams.
