Job Description / Responsibility
- To ensure material management & purchase planning as per sales forecast.
- Have to take necessary steps for preparation of documents and procurements of PM/RM as when required by PMD/PRODUCTION for new as well as existing products.
- Have to Identify & dispose of obsolete or damage inventories.
- Have to Sourcing of local RM & PM from different local sources as per standard at competitive Price.
- Have to ensure that the procurement process follow company purchase policy.
- Manage suppliers to make delivery on time.
- Develop and maintain local and international vendors and suppliers.
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
- Ensure appropriate quotations, review and prepare comparative statements to make the purchase cost effective.
- Keep follow up on import documents, shipments and ensure on time delivery.
- Preparing and maintaining the requirements of L/C margin, Insurance Premium & Custom duty of every month.
- To contact and collect prices from various suppliers(Raw & Packing) for submission of Block list before opening new L/C.
- Proper preparation of L/C application and L/C documentation

Educational Requirements
- Masters in any subject preferably from business field or science/ MBA.
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- Age 25 to 32 year(s)
- 1-2 years Experience in Pharmaceutical field preferable.
- Strong communication and analytical ability and high level professional integrity.
- Sound Computer knowledge on MS Word and Excel with a good typing speed
- Must be smart with pleasant personality.
- Negotiable
